Rehab - Day 3

Had a b-awful day today - lots of tears - first, my pills wouldn't go down and I kept choking, then I did a "controlled sit" on the floor in the shower so they had to hoist me up with my naked bum poking thru the sling; then when I went to physio, I couldn't stand transfer at all from anything from there on in and got mad at me which made me cry even more so we did exercises leaning over a table until I eventually managed to stand and get back to the wheelchair!! I am sooooo tired and so disheartened by today that I just want to go to bed now. But tomorrow is another day... and it's onwards and (literally) ever upwards.
